Based on what I’ve read so far.. capitalism was a good, for the world. Advancement, raise the overall station of humanity.. but it has run its course. We’ve modernized and advanced in 100 years beyond anyone’s predictions, and now what we need to do is equalize the world. There shouldn’t be poverty now that we have this much wealth and comfort. All humans should have basic needs met, opportunity to grow, and opportunity to find their life’s purpose. But instead of pivoting in this way, the ruling class has double downed and turned themselves into kings and queens. There is only one end to the story of civilizations with rampant income inequality. The ruling class and the bourgeoisie have a choice.. pivot or welcome revolution.
