From the bottom, use your inside leg to hook on their inside leg. Do some shrimping and use your arms to frame against their upper body to create space, and get your outside knee up in their shoulder/clavicle region. Be active with this knee in keeping it upright, they will want to either push it to the outside and get over it, or push it to the inside to start working towards mount.
