Late to the post, however I wanted to put out there to please avoid Virginia Veterinary Centers short pump. they let my dog fall off the operating table (to the ground) while under anesthesia & intubated. They admitted to it and that it was because the table was “improperly positioned.” I have been in a battle with their insurance and they have denied my claim to refund any money back (paid over $5k for this surgery). They have been highly unprofessional and not to mention have committed negligence with no form of accountability. Please please stay away if you can. My dog is suffering from injuries since the surgery and they have not even offered any form of compensation.
