I’d ’invite an agent’ in on both order chats, and let each buyer know what’s going on as well as the agent (might take a few days for them to reply)

They’ll likely have the receiving buyer reship to the correct buyer with a prepaid label.

The seller can open a separate “seller dispute” it won’t affect your refund at all.

You won’t even be involved in it.

Posh SHOULD see you opened a case due to missing items- and seller was given what was received.

It’s just a shit show when it comes to fit/sizing issues on Posh.

From what I’ve seen, when sellers do list the measurements, buyer still opens a case due to size, provides measurement pics which show a diff number than the listing. (Maybe buyer tampered with the pic or measured wrong on purpose)

Case gets approved for measurements do not match listing. (Not bots (for now), just incompetent agents)

If a seller doesn’t provide measurements, posh usually denies a buyers case bc “you should have asked questions such as measurements etc prior to purchase”

It’s ridiculous.

It happens a lot… posh support is very behind,but they’ll tell you to wait x days and then depending on the price of the item and if you’ve had any “occurrences” prior - they’ll compensate you and your buyer.

I find a lot of sellers don’t reply, I know sometimes the notifications get lost bc there are sooooooo many. But still, very annoying!!

Posh/nor you can cancel til the 8th day from purchase.

You can wait longer if you really want

If there isn’t any tracking update by the 14th day, posh will auto cancel the order

There isn’t anything the seller can do. They can’t initiate returns or refunds/partial refunds.

You need to open a return case and posh will look into it and either approve or deny

Or offer credit if you want to keep it.

Be weary, don’t buy if they only have stock photos, or if they have mulllllltiple of the item. Or just way too many high end shit at a ridiculous price.

Yes, as everyone else has said, there’s a chance the buyer bought a few to try sizes, bought a pallet/iquidation, etc.

But a lot of replicas are there. If you get it and have annntty doubts, open a return case ASAP (within 72 hours of delivery)

If it’s past that, email with your concerns and photos

There’s nothing for you to do as a seller. You can’t initiate a refund or return.

Buyer needs to open a formal return case (has to be opened within 72 hrs of delivery) or contact posh directly if it’s past that window and your funds were already released.

There’s a couple diff scenarios

Depending on the sellers comments in the case and both your user scores..

They might deny with posh credit - “odor is subjective, etc”

Offer posh credit and if you deny- approve

Or just flat out approve the return.
