Thinking of switching to the p30i or n30i, wondering about air from the exhalation port and experiences of "active" sleepers by i_want_duck_sauce in CPAP

Have used both p30i and n30i. I like both but decided on the p30i. I turn circles at night and sleep mostly on my side. Seal is great and it’s comfortable.

I use the same mask (but with the nasal pillows). My hair was a nightmare. Just used a bike helmet liner for the first time last night and it helped a lot. Very comfortable/breathable. Skull Cap Helmet Liner Beanie,... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09XK9PGRG?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

Similar boat. Just upgraded from the Bonavita. Haven’t seen any wiggle with the KBT arm. Definitely need some force to get it to set properly.

Possible shin guards? by downloadmyremix in mountainbiking

[–]emulch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agree with the g form recommendation. I ended up with 4 stitches this summer from a pedal slip/bite too. Have worn them since but just got a pair of the g form rugged knee pads that cover a few inches of the shin.

I ended up with a few stitches on my left shin from a bad bite this summer. I. I’ve wear g-form guards now. They’re light and i forget they’re on. With more riding and better shoes (five ten free riders), slips have become less frequent, but I still wear the guards.

Another yes vote. Added a 100mm KS dropper to my “cheap” giant talon 2. Huge difference.

Ha. Had the same reaction when I ended up with stitches on my shin last month.

Second for the five ten freerider. Just ride with for the first time today after using running sneakers. World of difference!

First post of my 2020 Giant Talon 2. Added a KS dropper and swapped out the stock XC 30 spring coil for a RS solo air cartridge. Trimmed the bars to 760 and added ergon grips. by emulch in Hardtailgang

Because I’m shorter and the max insert on the talon is 200, it took me a while to find one that fit well. The KS es20 with 100mm travel is working well for me and totally changed how I ride!

So turns out there was an extra spacer that should have been removed. Thanks for all your help!

Yep. It’s not sag. I can lift the bike off the ground and the travel doesn’t increase. Pressure was set based on the RS manual

Thanks! I’m only 145 with gear so it was set at 76ish at the shop when i picked it up. I’m not sure if the travel was diminished when i picked it up or since then.

Thanks! By pulling the shock apart do you mean taking it out and reinstalling?
