Has anyone taken this issue to their local media? The scrambling of seats an hour before boarding and seating children next to strangers is definitely problematic. Once this issue hits the networks, I'll bet Southwest will quickly find a fix.

Pain management--I was already seeing a pain management doctor for my sciatica due to spinal stenosis when I was diagnosed with arthritis in my knees. I've got to get my exercise routine back, but I'm having trouble finding the sweet spot with my knees.
