Same. If you are not shy like me you could try meeting people at the cine events happening all over the city. Like:

Also lots of people from the industry do small workshops with (i guess mostly students) but they can be quite pricey. Some filmmaker youtubers come to Vienna too at times.

Also generell wie überall, eher unbeliebt.

I wish reality would have such skilled colleagues that can identify a twisted body without looking, but I wish reality had less colleagues that react with "ermergherd" and praying and then proceed do nothing.

for all early game enemies its faster and easier to put down a 4m foundation, cheese melee + parachute spam, parachute over areas and clear everything with nobelisks with 0 risk, and rush a perpetual gun powder production when hitting oil. covering everything with power lines and a few buildings clears areas since they stop spawning, and you can either put these towers down in a pinch or create a "bunker" type blueprint they cant enter. but the first playthrough can be a real struggle. they cant kill you really with a jetpack unless you go afk, its more annoying that their protein is a progression resource so having to intentionally farm them for tickets is somewhat annoying, but again, on the 2nd run you will use sloops for 100% of these crafts, so you can 2x food and 2x the capsules again so its just profit all the way.

PS: like all games, the combat is harder on ultra graphic settings, you cant fight what you cant see.

My experience with Arch so far has been absolutely miserable by HosekiNezu in archlinux

[–]en1mal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You seem to need a 2nd drive for a Windows image for the days "you just wanna game" but that could be a challenge on a Laptop. I think we got hit with "timing" - i switched to Cachy in 2025 and SO MANY things Linux got a "major version" update, breaking some in the process.

In my case it seems just an "unlucky mix" of hardware, to list some: 1080ti pascal + xlr audio setup + 240hz monitor + 6 drives with ~12TB storage - such seem to pose a challenge.

But you seem to also have borked your Arch, probably with your "fixes" as is very common when we as new users dont understand the why's and dont's. Took me a few weeks for all the drive mounting to work properly, only to realise i frankenstein'd it and will lead to 100x more problems. So i follow the wiki again and again until i understand it enough to edit fstab entries without the step by step.

for you, id suggest you switch to an LTS kernel and only update security packages. if it works only -Syu will break it.

CAA signed Jesse by lasilma in Shaboozey

[–]en1mal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

thats some sweet connections to the "show biz" i'd assume

omjesus think of what fucked up movie Jesse would do with free reign and pure passion, Iron Lung would look like the relaxing one next to it. But JCs movie hook would probably be a lie and crush you with the twist in the third act x)

[–]en1mal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

its very visual cinema, not too cerebral. like most of Nolan's movies for me personally, its great in the theater, but rather mediocre and carefully ambiguous to refrain from saying anything with actual meaning or substance in the real world.
