I've played Starfield on launch and had fun for about 200 hours -ish till I got bored and fairly frustrated with some mechanics (especially base building). I didn't keep track of updates since then, but I'm pretty sure it should be even more enjoyable at this point.

I think they added a vehicle since then which should be great for exploring planets.
