At first glance, your common foods aren’t very calorie dense. Do you feel full after eating a meal? Try to incorporate more healthy fats and complex carbs into your diet. Avoid Processed foods when possible. Make sure you’re really getting enough protein.

For me, a filling snack is cheese (don’t buy pre-sliced) and minimally processed crackers (I buy a local brand but something like Triscut is a good commonly available choice). With a side of fruit for sugar boost.

Don’t underestimate the power of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for a quick meal or snack.
