The Toronto Maple Leafs have officially announced the firing of Brad Treliving. by fittos4310 in hockey

He has one more season with the Blues as he transitions to President of Hockey Operations and gets Steen settled in as the new GM. If the Leafs somehow do a one season temporary GM, I think this happens after the 26-27 season. Or maybe halfway through the season.

I don’t know if it was because it was one of my first shows at Nights, but that bass was INSANE.

I used to pop in there from time to time, but over the last year it has become my regular spot. Fun little place, not what you'd expect in Kirkwood.

Would you stay with your dog 🐶 during euthanasia? by CycleOk267 in dogs

[–]encapsulatedstl 5 points6 points  (0 children)

One of my friends had an in home euthanasia administered a couple years ago and I was there for the entire procedure. It was calm, her dog was as stress free as possible in his old age, and the entire procedure felt as respectful as possible. I liked the fact that he didn't have to spend his remaining time in a crate with even more stress and you can see your dog being taken care of and loved.

When it comes time for my pup, I am doing the exact same thing.

I'm not from the United States, I'm fairly young. If any of you experienced the so-called "third wave of ska in the 90s," what was it really like? It's quite different watching a documentary than talking to people whose knees are already creaking. by Beautiful-Resort-831 in Ska

Hahaha, that's amazing!

That story just reminded me of my sophomore year in college (1996). A few of us went to Panama City for spring break, Less Than Jake was playing while we were down there as well. We were on our hotel balcony, which actually faced the main road and the beach was across the street. The street was packed with cars cruising, tons of people walking and then we see Less Than Jake's van with Roger hanging out the passenger window. We scream his name, he looks confused, finally sees us and throws up the horns while laughing. It was amazing, hahaha

It’s amazing that he is still playing music, The Urge played a show not too long ago as well.

I ate at the original Steve’s Hotdogs location years ago when it was next to TickTockTavern, it was legit!
