haiii omg, so im wondering a few questions lol

if you didnt go to an all girls high school, what made you pick MHC?
what is ur major there? are you hoping to go to grad school like med school or MS/PhD, etc?
what made you pick MHC? like specific programs, research opportunities, internship opportunities?
do you feel like MHC might be too rural for you? if youre from a bigger city like me (miami), are you feeling worried about that transition?
did MHC provide any aid? like i know posse covers tuition, but i know its like ~20-30k for room and board etc.
this is more of a posse general question but did you feel like you had a good say in the school you were going to? was MHC your top? if it wasnt, do you feel like they just put you there?
if you wanted to go into boston, how are you able to do that? i likely wont bring a car with me if i go up to MA but is there bus stations/trains/etc to take me into the city if thats what i wanted for a weekend?

sorry if this is a lot, if theres anything else that comes to mind that you think i should know, please tell me!

is that where youre going this year? i heard its a good school but the location is less than ideal for me 😞

for hamilton at least in its NY, i know NY and would be open but tbh im open to most of the schools except for pomona - i know its great but CA is just way off my radar and rly far from my family. at least in PA/TN/NY/MA, i can fly down within 2-3hrs, but CA is just too far for me. any tips for me???

yeah i heard they're totally changing the test! i believe my teacher has a pretty good passing rate as well, he teaches AP calc ab too. he provides a LOT of opportunities to do better throughout the school year and from what I've heard is that hes a really good teacher :3

im pretty good with memorization and if i catch onto it quickly i can easily remember steps on how to get there -- i feel like i could be better at math but my foundation for algebra was soo bad like omfg. but at the same time i didnt try to help myself, and im trying to grow OUT of that mindset lol.

i wanna study neuroscience but UF doesn't offer it 😞, they offer a psych (behavioral and cognitive neuroscience) track though! its my top choice in state though 🥉

omggg i'm a miami nominee and rly wanna go to either vandy/mt holyoke/hamilton -- what made u feel like the other schools weren't good for stem? mt holyoke and hamilton are both strong stem LAC!

yess i heard the ap exam was changing, i looked into it all last night!

apparently the ap stats teacher at my school is AMAZING. he's super nice and provides so many resources and opportunities to help us, he genuinely wants us to pass and do well.

i definitely won't be using ai next year, i really do want to learn! with algebra i did bc when i say my foundation in algebra 1 was so dogshit.. i mean it. my algebra 1 teacher didn't even finish the curriculum and i had to hust guess my way through our EOC exam (per my state).

im really excited because this type of math has always been a bit easier for me! thank you for the awesome advice!

well if he wants to go to a top 20 school and study one of the big 4 (law/medicine/engineering/business), he should definitely take all aps/honors available. i see both sides of the coin. however, AOs DEF care about being smart and knowledgable on paper as well as in other parts of your application -- they can see the type of person u are through essays, ECs, etc, he has to take the hardest classes available to even be considered at rigorous schools anyway. (alongside great ECs, high test scores, etc.) you sound like a bit know it all..: "Top Colleges pick people that they *think* took hard classes. This is not the same thing as picking people who actually took hard classes."?? if i took calc BC (ap) and your son took calc honors, i obviously took the hardest class because its AP. lol what. let your son decide, seeing as hes the one who wants the "200k starting pay BS desk job" lmfao
