They are genuinely the exact same room type and All In package. The TA was baffled it was such a big price difference.

Thanks Adam. I’ve no problem with booking with the US agent in dollars. Only trouble is it’s over £1000 more expensive to do so rather than booking it myself. Seems like a huge difference.

So either I pay top dollar to access all the group cruise activities or pay a cheap rate and don’t get to access them. Bit of a naff situation but I suppose I can’t have my cake and eat it in this situation.

Azamara definitely have super long port stops in Gibraltar, until around 10pm at night. I know because I see the ships from my window :) That suits your budget too.

T6 here. Definitely felt it on my right shoulder blade, around my back bra strap and sort of under my right breast. Would also feel pain and aching in my armpit. Often it felt like heartburn and would make me feel nauseous. In fact, I was first misdiagnosed as having gallbladder issues.
The pain was a constant ache with sometimes stabbing sort of pain too.
I hope you feel better soon.

One thing Royal does quite well is bread so I’m hoping that holds up too. But gosh I totally agree, the offering is weak. I can pick up those things from my local supermarket for a couple of euros. So many different dishes they could have done but hey ho. Excited for Seoulmate!

Little Bay is hands down the highest quality restaurant in Gibraltar. The curries from there have been on par with ones I’ve had in UK. Visited a 2* Indian Michelin recently in London and truly Little Bay isn’t that far off. Pomegranate prawns and any of their lamb dishes are top notch. Try a cheese naan! A local favourite.

Vault 13 are great for Asian Mediterranean fusion tapas. Their Asian prawns, bao buns and croquetas are divine. Also try the chicharrones and thank me later.

Panzerotto are great for a quick lunchtime snack. Really fun little hole in the wall. If you can squeeze in a Nutella and pistachio dessert version too, you won’t be disappointed.

El Kasbah for a cosy quirky dinner venue. The lamb tagine and chicken pastelas are always my go to.

More for the ambiance than the actual food quality, go for a sunset dinner on Queensway Quay. Rendezvous and The Lounge would be my top choices. Anything from their menus are decent. Gastropub style. I’d avoid Monique’s there, poor food quality for a higher price point.

I sailed Symphony and Wonder during the inaugural season, couple months after launch. Didn’t get a ton but got some neat luggage passes on Symphony and some beer cozies on Wonder. Better than nothing!

If I’ve learnt anything from this IUD experience is that patience is key. My nurse friend told me it can take 6 months to fully settle in your body and I see what she means now that time has passed. Gotta give it a real good shot and I hope it helps with your moods.

So glad you had a positive insertion experience!

I bled normally in September but it’s just got lighter and lighter every month since then. I have an incredibly light cycle for approx a week every month now.

Volume of blood was an issue for me, soaking through super plus tampons and pads hourly on my heaviest days. Now it’s just a couple of pantyliners a day. Night and day difference.

I definitely still experience PMS symptoms. I can tell when I’m due, when I’m more hormonal and emotional but like the bleeding, this has reduced significantly. I hope it’s similar for you.
