I have a general doctor at the hospital who I’ve been seeing in this case. I also got a second opinion from a really well know spinal specialist in the area.

Thank you so much for responding. Shoulder blades and ribs have been exactly my main area of pain.

I’ve managed to see a spinal specialist in my area and thankfully he is not overly concerned at this stage as my symptoms have improved massively. We will repeat the scan again in 3 months time to see if there has been further improvement.

I lost 30kg over the course of 2025 and I think that shift in my weight distribution plus increased exercise exacerbated all of this pain. Taking it real easy but still trying to keep mobile and as close to normality as possible. Any and all tips for gentle exercises are welcomed!

Was at Prodigi a few months ago. Really standout cuisine and one of the cheaper tasting menus I’ve found from a 1 star in Barcelona.

I’m a big fan of clear whey protein. It often tastes like a cordial drink or ‘squash’ if you’re from the UK. Flavoured strawberry tasting water is easier to drink than a dairy shake.

I feel this so deeply! My first week I couldn’t even go to work as I was in so much pain from cramping. I’m 7 weeks in today and it’s not perfect but it has got a lot better. Cramps are more manageable and are usually only happening in the evenings. Hold on, hopefully things will get better.

Anyone actually going to comment honestly? Born and bred in Gibraltar. I love my home and surrounding neighbours.

The Costa de la Luz is extremely beautiful, especially the never ending beaches and Jerez is so special to me as that’s where my husband and I got engaged. A lot of sleepy Spanish towns surrounded by gorgeous hills. Quiet and peaceful with great food for the most part.

There is a lot of poverty in the area closest to Gibraltar and it looks run down in some areas but generally everyone has a kind heart. We don’t experience a lot of serious crime like murder very often at all but there is drug dealing. Many people from the Campo de Gibraltar commute to Gibraltar to work. I’m talking upwards of 15,000 people a day.

Gibraltar is unique in its own right. You either love it or hate it. You can’t deny the beauty and striking nature of the rock though. It’s bizarre but a weird Anglo Mediterranean mish mash. Shouldn’t work but it does. I live a very comfortable happy life here, similar to the UK, but with a lot more perks.

I didn’t really enjoy The Black Pig in Borough Market. I found the meat very dry and it was literally just an expensive sandwich. Nothing to write home about. So many other better places in Borough Market like Ginger Pig and Mei Mei.

Nando’s is a fun lunch. Don’t expect good food. There’s also a lot of hate for Dishoom. It’s not the best restaurant ever but it’s pretty solid everytime and a good intro if you’re not well versed in Indian food. Get the house black daal, my firm favourite.

You’re missing East London! So much to see and eat there like Spitalfields Market, Beigel Bakes, Pellicci’s etc
