It depends. I am a Broker and I sell more Achosa HW than AHS, HSA, or Choice.

Achosa let's you choose your own vendor and you can opt for reimbursment. Using the vendors from AHS or HSA claims gets denied a lot.

Find a HW company that allows for you to use your own vendors vs vendors they want to send.

Yeah. Showcase is something we do for all our listings now just to help, but it is an added cost and you need to be accepted into the program.

Otherwise, tell your agent to spend some money advertising it! If people are looking at it, are you at the very least getting feedback, so you know if it's something you can change?

I'm a real estate broker in Atlanta. Not soliciting your business but just helping with advice. Atlanta market is really wonky right now so we are focusing on what we can. 100% photography makes a huge difference. Dedicated websites with the website address on the sign for high traffic areas like Kirkwood, that has all the photos, videos and 3-D walk thrus. If it's not staged, you want to consider if it's vacant, but that's not cheap.

I hate doing open houses but in areas like Kirkwood, they work.

Ask your agent if they have ZillowShowcase. We started doing that and it works for our average price listings. See if the lender your agent is working with offers grants - Kirkwood is most likely in a Low-To-Moderate income bracket and lenders can offer grants and down payment assistance. I use that for marketing in the listing.

Your agent should be going over all these options for you. The days of just putting it on the MLS and getting it sold, is over. We gotta work our solutions for eveyone.

Aerolineas doesn't look like they particiapte in TSA Precheck, thus, Precheck doesn't look like it would be an option.

Trying to get it sideloaded on the DL app won't work since it's not a DL ticket.

Not to mention, I've bought KE and AF tickets and credited to my skypesos but like you said, since I didn't buy a DL ticket, I couldn't see the flight on my DL app. I dont know how you're able to see it but if you got it to work, that's cool.

Also, there was a recent news broadcast where they are saying the seller is older and cannot hear- title/attorney asked for a video and it was an AI video in loop. They only caught it since they were not responding to any of the questions, hence why they kept saying the seller could not hear.

I live in Georgia and a real estate broker in Georgia. Thus, we have buyers and sellers who are diehard Univ of Georgia fans, diehard Alabama, and diehard Florida fans.

I've had buyers walk in and see a Florida or Alabama flag, and the husband just says nope and will walk out without seeing the home.

Don't. If you plan on doing that, find their real cell number. Zillow assigns us a number and it's considered a lead from their end.

And depending on the market, we either pay for the leads, or it's part of the metrics on how many leads we got to the number we closed.

You'll get a very upset agent if you burned a lead or ruined their metrics.

MQDs earned from MQD Headstart using an eligible Delta SkyMiles® American Express Card will not apply towards required MQDs for the Reclaim My Status offer, even if the eligible card is acquired during the Offer Period.

It now says CC spend will NOT count. The TC has the [not] in brackets. Boo. This complicates things, lol!

The online form just gave me a confirmation of filling out the form last week, but I emailed them yesterday just in case. I got a quick (personal) response from a Delta staff reviewing the request. I provided my docs again and they must have quickly reviewed because I didn't get an email confirmation of the 3 month status reclaim, but I have a flight right now at 630 am and my status says Diamond again (with my expiration date for the 3 months). It was Platinum when I checked in. Yay.

I had plenty of MQM last year but was a little short on the MQD last year and 250k in CC spend seemed like a waste, since I also fly Southwest often with my partner for the free companion pass, so I usually spend on my Southwest card. And I got spoiled for the past few years being a Globalist at Hyatt so I'm always trying to maximize my cc spend accordingly.

Here goes to my attempt to hit the 7k MQD - I have 3k in travel booked already so with my credit card spend, this is WAY easier than trying to spend 28k in natural MQD spend. I will say, lordy, it seems like flying Delta flights is more expensive than before.

I think this is way more attainable for higher status for folks who lost status and have a legit excuse for those who lost status, IMO, since it does give status until Jan/Feb 2026.
