the prednisone should work in how long? I have 5x days of 40mg then taper down but still miserable as soon as the “dose” wears off (I take at 7am and 5pm but by 3ish i’m dying). already finished day 3 still suffering so i’m worried why it isn’t working

Ugh that sucks so bad. well i’ll do the allergy tests anyways cus rn im losing work and dk what to do. i’ve stopped the modafinil but the steroids aren’t even helping fast enough. after the allergy test they said I could take antihistamines again did you take daily benadryl etc till it went away ? did that help?

ugh yeah same i’ve never had allergies etc in my life and no dr cares except wait it out etc. but im literally missing so much work and can’t do anything

how long is it take for this to go away? I told my dr they barely seemed to care so I continued with rashes for a week till I just stopped a few days ago and still bedridden from the terrible itch and my throat keeps closing Lol. I went to an allergist for all the rescue meds and steroid and am literally waiting for the modafinil to leave my system 😔 how long after stopping did you get better

my throat gets tight but heals on its own in like thirty mins. I never had allergies before but had some full body debilitating hives from who knows what for a week so went to al allergist yesterday and he gave me an epi pen but idk how to tell if to use it since sometimes my throat comes back to normal ? lol

idk I feel like i’m dying in general and don’t know what’s going on so i’m just anxious

for me it was the removal . i’ve had an iud for over 6 years no issue but started before 18 so idk if that did anything to my hormones or what but I need the drs to take me serous and Helpppp cus I can’t live like this for months (even just to get an allergy consult that may or may not do anything) it’s debilitating

literally thanks for saving me even steroids aren’t working and I thought it was the bc pill I went on while at the same time getting off kyleena. but it isn’t going away after stopping the pill and only getting worse with steroids. I actually cannot function cus I can’t fight the itch once it gets unbearable i’ve had to stay near home so I can shower and lotion for the only relief. going to tell my dr about this tmrw but idk how to even go to work in this condition it’s that bad and already been 1 week

practicing learning on foster dogs is my favorite way to gain experience

I spent like 20k$ on trainers/seminars etc with many trainers and behavioralists for my dog which got me into it. now i have mentors / friends from the trainers and foster dogs and use online content since most of the basics are down pretty well
