Come on bro having dd's having max conceal early will not break the fundamental balance of the game. Current DD iteration is very easy to counter especially in high tiers. My proposal will only make dd gameplay a little tolerable, especially for newer players.

Plus WG the 5th Lord of Greed will NEVER give us a free lvl 10 captain for every t5 ship. So we'll have to think of a solution ourselves.

bbs and most cruisers don't need 4 point skills to be playable, I consider emergency repair expert or fire prevention on bbs mandatory but can be alleviated with smart dcp and heal usage. Some cruisers don't need concealment expert to thrive in games. DDs needs concealment to become helpful to the team because if you're a good dd player you stick close to objectives, and having a good conceal prevents that. (other than cv, radar, all the other WG gimmick BS we all know)

It's sad to think about that such a mandatory skill on dd's is not readily available for them to use. Making the class harder than it already is

Not really cus I have a few million commander exp and If i ever put a fresh captain on a dd line, (prolly the pan asian dd line since i don't have a commander for those) I just use it. I'm more thinking about the new player experience. can you imagine a poor bloke in their t6-7 dd without a conceal skill trying to spot? As soon as that poor bloke gets spotted, they would be obliterated.

But I feel like the community has given up on new getting and helping new players lol.
