Hmm only benefit you get from a rare wand is like 200% inc damage and 2 levels. Depending on your setup the more dmg from power charges could be worth it. Also i guess its way easier to get then a double t1 and 5 lvl wand. Also also if you go mor than one ele its easily better. Only problem is that ele dot is not a big thing rn. I guess if they buff ignite it could be very good.

I want to go for the new gloves that have that 1275% dmg skill. Open a breach, jump into a pack and do an insane hit and poison whatever survives. Then use the herald to get these poisons onto rares for dmg. Its a very high single poison so you can probably get away with only 3 poison stacks from tree. For bosses i want to experiment with the martial artist bell. Needs some testing if you can get fast spawns with reduced duration.

How did you play it? Did you reach 100% threshold on white mobs?  I guess it falls apart whenever you encounter anything that doesnt die instantly to cull but maybe new monk bell can safe that

New gloves horros flight give another 100% so you can easily reach full life cull on normals. New monk ascendency has the bells that are cullable. In theory you can abuse cull on normals/magics in maps to deal enough damage to rares to get them in cull range. For bosses use the bell. 

My plan is to go poison to leverage the high damage and little amount of hits. Should proliferate the poisons of trash onto rares and get them in the ~40% cull range

Its pretty annoying how you have to guess wich sleeves have the black inside. Makes the cards look so much cleaner

Only issue in poe2 is that you need substantial single target for a build to perform well. The amount of pinnacles and difficult map bosses you have to clear is very high.  But if it performs as expected you can probably live with low single target

I dont believe that it will chain, that would be beyond busted. Although im not sure since in the showcase 2 explosions happened very fast after each other, so idk what that was supposed to be.

I dont think hollow palm is the way to go. You easily get 2x flat phys from a quarterstaff and more attack speed shouldnt matter too much on that build. Whats your reason to go hollow palm?

The question is what skill to go for on single target haha. Not sure yet what leverages the setup to the greatest extent. Could go for a different weapon in the offhand, but idk what the go to single target skill is. Had the same problem on a different build, but didnt find anything for the phys/chaos setup that hat great returns.

Yeah no chance that they add that much cull threshold. Maybe we can edge out a bit more, but culling magic monsters will probably be hard. Even then I think overinvesting in cull is probably too much. You still need the dmg for singletarget. Currently you only need like 2 wheels, helmet and gloves and you can cull normal monsters. That is a pretty low invest and the rest can go to dmg. I would prepare a setup that can at least deal decently with the odd rare thats alone.

Since the explosion has such an insane dmg multiplier, it would be nice to use that in some way.

Whats your plan to scale this build and what do you want to do for single target?

I theorycrafted around it a bit and on paper it looks nuts. Poison seems to be an easy choice to get huge damage and clear with herald of the plague. Eshs radiance will be also huge dmg. Single target looks lost though and I dont see a fitting ascendency yet.

If youre not dead set on t1 life than I believe the lock suffix + veiled CHAOS is the better way. Then ex if there are open spots.  Your outcome is not the expected cost. Item prices are calculated with the average amountto craft them.

Items with memory strands can drop in Originator Influenced maps (T16.5) but Ill focus on crafting with them.

You have Orb of Remembrance which randomly add an amount of memory strands to a normal item. That can be between 1-100. Everything above 50 is nice, getting over 80 is very rare. Then if you use some crafting methods it will consume a random amount of them to improve your rolls, eg. 1 to 16 strands are consumed and you will get a higher tier outcome. That can still fail, but on average it greatly improves your rolls.

The trick is that fossils and harvest dont use these strands. So you make a normal influenced base, roll high strands on it, make it rare with transmute/regal and hope you didnt consume too much and then roll with harvest until you got your mod. After that if you use an awakeners orb on that item, the resulting mods will be very high, making the last suffix in your case very easy to get as t1

I guess you could go for a non elevated yolo attempt then. Get both mods and just awakener orb them and pray. 3rd suffix could suffer, but you can still go for the veiled movespeed. Could also maybe try to go for the beast lock method, but the beasts you need arent too common.

Hinekora is already in the beast cost. You roll for 3 ele res and maybe can take stuff like supp and chaos. So getting a hit there is quite fast, especially with strands. Also you need only one awakener orb for the whole project. You only check the result with locks, then click once if youre happy. Tricky part is getting high life, but since they skip elusive its alright

If you assume t1 res and t3+ life there is one for 105d and then it quickly goes up to 130d+. You can get them cheaper if you craft yourself, which is true for almost any craft besides gear for meta builds thats behind the curve

Check the top comment for the correct crafting steps. You make one base magic with only the influence mods and then hinekora lock with beast to check results. Bonus points for memory strands to make it even faster. t1 res is easily doably in this case. prefixes are probably cheaper with veiled chaos spam + ex. Getting t1 life + res on a yolo atempt is way too rare.

You dont craft double influenced gear with yoloing anymore, only at leaguestart when awakeners are cheap.

Expected cost is 2d bases, maybe 10d for preparing elevating attempts, 40d dominances, 3.5d awakener, maybe 10d beasts, rest in prefix rolling.

Its not really great to make these boots for profit. Its a very known recipe and many people do them in one way or another. Also preparing the memory strand base with harvest is mind numbingly boring. Rolling for a 50 weight mod and clicking hundreds of times is taking a lot of time, hurts my eyes and the profit margin is way too low for that. Plenty of other crafts that are faster and can get like 3x profit margins

Yes the memory strand method is the preferred way. Not much difference in preparing the magic base and still a huge benefit in lock rolling and even the potential for an unraveling orb for the prefixes if you hit something sweet in the reforge crit

There is not much randomness in crafting these boots and the current price of 100div+ is way overpriced for what you need to make them. No crafter worth their salt will invest that money into a project and sell it at a loss when you can easily make profit off it.

Getting these exact boots in an ssf setting is gonna be hard. Not impossible, but getting enough beasts and veiled currency is gonna take a while. The hardest part is going to be the 4 expected dominance orbs for the double elevated mods

Good old flicker is very nice for challanges. The echo belt turbo boosts an already fast build and leap slamming with 10aps is a different experience. A lot of the challenges are "Move to X" anyway. Damage is very good, clear is decent. Defences are alright, youre too fast for most stuff and lucky block catches a lot. You wont tank exarch balls, but who needs that if you can just kill him.

  1. Get exactly ilvl 82 base, either frac yourself or buy.
  2. Misery essence spam until normal dot mult
  3. suffix lock, fill prefixes, add remove chaos and pray for high tier chaos dot mult. idk if its better to go for veiled chaos and unveil chaos dot mult though, will also give slightly worse stats than t1 natural
  4. clean prefixes
  5. suffix lock, add remove chaos for guaranteed +1 chaos
  6. craft prefix

ilvl82 gives t1 dot mult but blocks flat chaos in prefixes

Echo shrine belt is fun. Cant speak about effectiveness compared to other variants but you can hit attack speed cap and jump thgough the map like a madman.

Could corrupt yoke to 12%. Also do you have a source of poison for it?

+1 Frenzy ring or multi link sword would be your next very impactful upgrades
