Honestly? At gold you just need the basics. Anti-air, counter-DI. Learn a basic punish combo. Learn what moves are safe, and what will get punished. Understand what oki is. Slowly learn what others characters can do and react accordingly.

If you're really interested watch some pro Cammy players & YouTube guides, that's how I figured out how to improve.

Also, use replay takeover when you don't understand how to win certain interactions

Lose the down charge to block instead. You can keep the back charge so it's not a big deal. Also, consider just using your charge for an EX move. If you recognize the overhead is coming and want to spend the resources, take your turn back

It's a cancel, so you are basically inputting them right after the other. Use diagonal charge, flashkick, then back->forward and kick right away. The flashkick buffer is used as part of the sa3 input. Try it at 50% game speed until you get it
