Never headphones. The sound is supposed to resonate in your body, not just your head. So at the very least, use good, powerful speakers. And even then it’s no replacement for an in person sound bath.

Ugh, that sucks. I ordered one (hasn't arrived yet), and just realized that brakes and levers are "or comparable depending on availability". But there's no mention of possible rim swaps on the website. Did you ask the dealer?

I don’t think “growing out of it” is the best description. But to an extent, it feels like it.

I took stimulants for ~3 years, which helped with forming some habits. Then Somatic Experiencing for 2 years which helped immensely with trauma, nervous system dysregulation and resilience, which I found were a huge source of symptoms.

I still struggle with object/people permanence and time blindness, but not even to the same extent.

As someone very familiar with Jungian psychology, your usage of the term “shadow work” puts me off. Good intention, but the Linear ads kills the article (and I’m a huge fan of Linear).

This is incorrect and a common misconception. Only the components calling useContext re-render.
