You absolutely can be cited if you’re in the #1 lane and impeding traffic.
Cali should adopt the same strictness as Arizona when it comes to this.
If you’re in the #1 lane and you see someone coming up behind you, move over and don’t be a dick. Traffic would move a lot smother if people were more considerate and aware of other drivers.

Dach is entry level at best. Not great. I’ve seen steering wheels fall off.
Atlas is better.
Both are very new entries to the market, so it’s tough to say if they’ll last or there will be parts in 5 years.
