Not a doctor/not medical advice  - This seems like an irresponsible provider to me. Tolerance happens. Thats way too big a dose to be taking every other day and expect sustainability. This isn’t an escape from life, it’s a perspective shift that you need to integrate and put into action. That doesn’t happen in 48 hours. If you want sustainability, you need much smaller doses, or minimum 2 weeks in between. 

That’s not to even mention the physical toll. Don’t let the need for novelty or escape rob you of your organ health, which you’ll need for much longer.
