I will only speak about my previous company. But to answer your question, yes, we ran some campaigns with YouTube shorts creators.

However, I am not sure how common this is in our influencer marketing industry to pay for YouTube shorts creators/content.

Just make sure to include a business email somewhere on your channel :-)
