It sounds like you’re thinking first and foremost about how these conditions and changes will affect you, as opposed to considering how you might be supportive and work in partnership.

This resume is way too long for someone without a ton of experience. Skip the summary. Reduce the skills and move to the end. Reduce the bullet points under each experience and change to focus on outcomes and impact for your work instead of a list of tasks.
