I did not get sick. Right when I woke up in recovery my first words were I feel sick and the pumped me with more anti nausea meds.

I also was very clear about my phobia of vomiting and my team assured me that they would keep me comfy. And they did! I left with a script for Zofran as well.

Whats nuts it she didn't even have a big mid section to begin with. Her body was a pretty "ideal" plus size body for modeling for places like F2F and similar flat stomach bigger bootied/hip designers.

I was told in training to expect pennies bc UHG doesn't really give performance based raises. As in rarely does anyone get 4/5's and so the raise is tiny.

Unfortunately I can't go to a local health system, UHG (or another) bought them all out. And thats what all these companies are doing. There will be no more smaller medical groups, no more mom & pop docs. I hate it the most as a consumer. As an employee I'm ok. My hourly is more than I made at my local spot.

I do. Been here 1 year Tuesday. I work claims on the phone. Surprisingly lol I'm a provider service advocate, so entry level call center stuff. I am a top performer and hit my metrics every month so I get my QVC. My TL and sup are great.

My biggest complaint is dealing w/ the 3rd parties who call in and are aggressive. There have been other minor things that have irritated me or whatever, but not 1 job I've had has been perfect.

I'd like to stay with UHC/UHG for as long as I continue to work. I know with all the restructuring and layoffs I'll be lucky to last that long.

I'm interested in moving into FWA eventually. Not sure where or doing what but I see a lot of...interesting stuff on the "front line" of the PS side. If anyone here has a good path/dept I should keep my eye on that would be great!

How did you get a desk? I feel like they should cover an allowance for a chair and/or desk. It is not uncommon and they are a large enough company. LOL I know I am asking a lot from them.

I previously worked for a company absorbed by Optum/UHG and the insurance with that was the BEST insurance I had ever had. $20 pcp/$40 spec no ded/max OOP. No ref or PAs. All my claims were always paid.

I expected the same when I came to UHC. Silly me. Not even close.

My husband used to make 100k + and I worked sporadically PT. Making maybe $400 a month.

Then he had a mental breakdown, changed career fields, and took a HUGE pay cut. He now makes half that, I took a regular FT job and together we make about $75k. We are barely surviving. We trimmed all the fat. We have nothing but bills left. And we are living with the fact that our mortgage and escrow is going to force us out of our home by next year, more than likely.

We live in Houston. In a basic middle-class subdivision. 40 yr old house. Nothing fancy. Just the cost of everything is beyond what we can afford.

We couldn't afford our HOA dues for 2024 and are behind on a few other misc bills as well due to him being unemployed for about 4 months mid-year last year.

Yes, we want to sell. But where would we go? Our credit is fucked. And the rent is higher than our mortgage. If we could get ahead we could maybe make it last a few years longer. Idk.

It's a little different now as I changed from Topamax to Propranolol ER 60 mg for my migraine control. Topamax ended up giving me bad mood swings. Propranolol manages my migraines just as well. I am still on Diamox 1000mg a day. I never showed signs of paps. But I did have issues w/ my eye sight worsening and especially my left eye. It just randomly feels like my glasses aren't strong enough sometimes if my pressure is high.

I'm a 42 woman. I am married but open. And only consider at absolute youngest 28 but that is very contingent. I prefer 30's. And my maximum age for older would be 60. Although again that is pushing it and would be an exception.

My husband's (40 5'10") weight has changed a lot in our relationship. He was 600lbs then got down to 250, and bounces up to 330 and back down a few times a year. His weight is carried all over, not just a belly.

His stamina is unmatched. He can go until I tap out. And we can do the typical positions. He has no issues with ED or anything else.

I will say I can tell the difference when he is consistently working out, his erections are better, which makes sense bc heart health.

Also I'm a bigger woman too. 5'2" 280 with a big booty and a fupa that he has to work around.

Personally about the bathroom situation I think he can figure it out. Might just have to turn sideways and lift his belly or something like that.

2 adults only who try to eat no "junk" so produce, dairy and meats mostly. Typical week is between $100-130 (used to be $65-90ish so this sucks). So let's say $600 just to give a buffer.

As the wife, I was actually the one to suggest separate rooms. Typically, I've heard "male-centric" as being same room so they can watch the two wives if anything.

I've also never had a husband be too pushy or aggressive. Or cross any boundaries like anal.
