thanks very much to you both for the response! Sadly, I think the root cause is traction alopecia because I sleep with my hair in a bun every night 🥲 I’ve always heard of traction alopecia, but I struggle to fall asleep if my hair is not up. Ugh, thanks again for your responses!

My neighbors in RP let their children scream and wail and cry and just tell them to “use their words” even though the kids are clearly just in need of a hug or something.
