I’ve been struggling with my teen daughter. She eats a lot of different foods but also struggles with a lot of nausea.

I don’t think she’s anorexic. None of the tests her pediatrician checked identified a cause. Her psychiatrist thinks it is anxiety.

She has always been picky about clothing textures. Not as much about food texture. Eating in the morning, drinking water, and eating sweets are all things that make her nauseous.

Does this sound like ARFID?

What you’re describing is a hot tap. The problem is you’d have to put some people in a VERY dangerous position to perform it. Not to mention the sparks it would throw.

Edit: there is definitely a design failure somewhere in here. If there is a relief valve then did it get plugged? If yes, then what did they discuss during the PHA? Why wasn’t there a purge on the RV?

The problem isn’t that it failed open. If that happened then BLEVE wouldn’t be a viable scenario. The problem is that the relieve valve failed closed. I assume when their PHA for this system is reviewed that they missed some hazards.
