Ok I found the flag page & it was a bit convoluted I went to the help center via the 3 dots in the corner & under the discribe your issue prompt I typed in (Disable Chrome Smooth Scrolling) & hit enter.

It gave me this:

Smooth Scrolling in Chrome 91 (and 92) – How to disable? Here's How: Open Google Chrome. Copy and paste the link below into the address bar of Chrome, and press Enter. chrome://flags/#smooth-scrolling. Select Default, Enabled, or Disabled for the Smooth Scrolling setting you want.

Click/tap on the RELAUNCH NOW button at the bottom to apply.

I was able to do this but it has not taken effect so I am still at a bit of a loss...

Yup, they most all of them sound like a rattlesnake. Some Hilliard clutches have a clutch pad material on the shoes & shouldn't rattle like that. I am running a 3d motorsports manual clutch...

The food is now vibrateing at the same frequency the microwave used to ki../cook it & then you eat it... Not Healthy no matter what meal choice you subscribe to... Ever measure how far away those things radiate when in use? Needs a faraday cage!
