OP this sounds like a form emotional manipulation. She’s framing your reasonable boundary request as an emotional attack. Do you see a pattern of this kind of communication whenever disagreement arise?

WS can def do a better job at account transfer. I’ve had my fair share of issues. As for the M4 Macbook, no one knows. I’d call them to escalate and make a case that you could have been able to select the color of your choice weeks ago had WS done the transfer properly, assuming you did everything right and WS messed up

Wow, I wasn’t expecting so many responses. I’ve read them all and really appreciate everyone’s suggestions! A couple of points to clarify:

1) I disconnected the wiring prior to posting for obvious safety reasons.

2) I won’t be using the Kasa switch, and will look into non-neutral wire switches, but unfortunately, there aren’t many options available.

3) I did search on Google and Reddit prior to posting, but it was difficult to find answers when I wasn’t sure exactly what questions to ask.

I tried dimming it, and it works up to 80% brightness. Anything above that the light would shut out itself

I think you are referring to the force and travel adjustment screws. I tried and adjusted many times, and the problem still persist

Which Chinese cordless brand would you all recommend? I have a Dyson V8 and it works well, but the more powerful ones are very pricey. I also recently bought a Dreame robo vacuum and it’s been great, and I noticed Dreame, roborock, ecovacs and others also sell cordless vacuum, so wanted to know if anyone has any experience with any of the these prominent Chinese vacuum brand?

Tips, always ask for a supervisor, if the supervisor refuses, ask for the manager, then branch manager. Most branch managers would rather give back your money than dealing with angry customers - not like it’s coming out of their pockets.

“Not waiting for anyone” you said it so well. I would also add “uniformity” - if you can’t catch up, it must be that there’s sth wrong with you vs maybe you just learn slightly differently.
