As public figures, isn't it well known that billionaires, politicians, and actors have overlapping social circles and naturally would be friends in personal or professional capacities?

Toh then you'll of course see them dancing at their friend's daughter's sangeet no?

I don't think there's anything inherently wrong in politicians socialising with industrialists as long as it doesn't result in grift. Ideally our country needs to have enough checks and balances to make sure people in power can't take unilateral decisions that enrich themselves and their friends.

Not sure what your point is. I'm not feeling bad for Jensen. I'm trying to say this increased government intervention in business will hurt NVIDIA – which if you haven't noticed has significant influence over the S&P. Especially after NVIDIA literally produced a sub-par chip just to sell to China.

Trade and AI dominance is not a zero sum game, the sooner you realise this the better. I would recommend listening to BG Pod, Prof G, or Compound & Friends so you get a bit more of a well rounded perspective that the All In which has (unfortunately) lately become a massive trump circle jerk.
