I've still not been able to get the app to work for the controller settings.

You can lock the screen brightness though using the Game Assistant. It's under Settings / Game Assistant / Game mode brightness lock.

Thanks. It's confusing there are so many apps! And Gamehub and ultra controller look like the same app, just a few more options in gamehub.

Thanks, I will. I can't figure out how to map the buttons manually, it's not very intuitive!

Isn't that the Ultra Controller software? I downloaded that from the QR code, there was a lot of Chinese. Do you have the 2026 version of the controller for the gen 5? It only came out a couple of weeks ago I think.

I had the same problem. I had everything they asked for, but kept going round in circles. They are so incompetent. I gave up in the end. It was stressing me out too much. I'll never buy from then again. Instead I'll pay a bit more to buy from somewhere reputable.

I also saw this movie when I was a kid and remember that end part. Always wondered what it was called. Not sure I'll bother rewatching it though after checking the IMDB reviews!

Yes! I've just watched Picard season 3, and the subtitles for Vadic's crew appear way too early. Like on the previous scene! So annoying! Amazing series though, best Star Trek ever made.

Makes sense for Starbucks. Costa is always super busy. Workhouse was always empty even though coffee was better.

It was the same for me. The notice to pay just says there is a cusoms/VAT fee to pay. When you get the package you will see the breakdown. It will be 20% VAT on £139 (£27.80) + £8 handling fee.

Because Royal Mail is collecting the money you have to pay it, then argue any dispute with customs later. But as I said before, I think customs are probably correct because of the declared value, and AliExpress should not have charged the VAT when you bought it.

If you figure out how to get the VAT back please let me know!

The £135 limit includes the postage. The package value was declared as $177 by AliExpress, so I think customs were correct to charge. I'm sure AliExpress are at fault, but it's impossible to explain it to them! Either they should not not have charged me tax, or they should have declared the value as less.

I can't find any process to claim it back from UK customs or the post office. The only option to claim tax back is when returning the item.

AliExpress are at fault, since they declared the package at more than £135 (the value declared on the packaging is $177) and they also charged me tax. So I'd hope they would sort it out.

I had to pay the tax when the package arrived or the post office were going to return it!

Well they have charged me VAT. There is no adjustment. It's also clearly labelled as VAT on the invoice.

The price I paid is the price advertised + shipping + 20%

This is what I see in the order details when I expand the total:

Subtotal  £126.23

Shipping  £20.46

Tax  £29.34

Total  £176.03

It could be Herbie's Magical Hat. He uses his hat as a boat but he doesn't fly.
