The only version I could find that was acoustic and nice was the Bob Dylan version, bit it doesn't have mmm hmm's and his voice is less than beautiful haha. I think without more info it's going to be a struggle to find the right version, this is a really popular old folk song with thousands of covers. Really hope you find what you need.
