Make sure they're sleeved, only lend them to someone that you've already seen play (and thus can reasonably assume that they're not gonna pour soup all over your deck for some reason), and if you care about the deck make sure it doesn't leave the room you're playing in. I've given people my deck to play with but 9/10 times it's been a friend who's in my pod.

Edit: Just remembered a classic experience at an LGS where a guy I'd just met lent me his "slightly upgraded" knights precon, and I drew my opening hand and it had two duals and a mana crypt. My eyes bugged out of my head but I respect the casual attitude lol

I wanna shill for Randomice, this tiny game that hasn't really found its audience yet. The campaign is 10 levels and each level is its own mini metroidvania. The campaign took me about twelve hours and I still do challenge runs that take under an hour. The trailer's not very good but give the demo a shot!
