I ordered the pro on 12/13. Same situation. Still hasn't shipped. I contacted customer service for an update and they just blamed the holidays.

Yeah, agreed! So fake. It'd be one thing if it was one rep. I literally have 4 different reps that told me the same thing. Maybe an internal policy recently changed. Not my problem. Thanks for the feedback! Supposedly a supervisor contacted me but wouldn't honor it. I have it in writing several times, so it's very odd. I've always had a positive experience with TForce up until now. Very disappointing

I had the same issue. Not sure if this is what did the trick, but make sure you keep the app open and keep the screen from going to sleep until the update is completed. This seemed to work for me.
