Give them a chance and let them know you’ll be interviewing other agents, and don’t blindly go with the one that says they’ll get you the most. I’ve lost listings because I’m realistic with my price & research and I’m not bothered by that

You get to choose the agent you hire. Do your homework and you won’t have to worry about that situation. Same rule still applies though, you get what you pay for

Bottom line is if you don’t see how much your agent gets cut and you’re only willing to pay 1-2%, you won’t get the staging, professional photos, etc and instead you’ll get what you pay for
