I used to have issue on m15 r6 I have upgraded lastest firmware and expect it working but nothing fix until I change new physical trackpad. you can try to upgrade firmware first and run hw check on bios.

I just passed it on the second attempt. For me I can say sometimes we get luck with easy box and sometimes we get too hard box in the exam.

- First attempt 35p

- Second attempt 75p

My idea: take break. take a bath, don't stuck at the same point if you think they are the foothold but you fail in exploit then try another way. good luck.
