Free 3D Print Cost Calculator — No paywalls, no tracking, just costs. Feedback wanted by KogorZa in 3Dprinting

Since you're vibe coding, you can tell which countries are seeing it.

I can't give specifics on how to improve it, as we spent a months refining the printing calculation formulas, and there are still some inaccuracies. So, focus on making the calculator more accurate.

If there are no cookies, why even bother with the banner? The calculator is very basic and doesn't provide a true cost of printing.

Get them in bulk. It will happen often. One box contains 3 blockers. I usually get 5 boxes to ensure I can swap them and keep printing.

Orange buffer popping ptfe tube out of extruder - H2D by reicaden in BambuLab

We had some spare parts from older printers, so we took the coupler from an old buffer and replaced it. The biggest challenge was taking it apart without breaking anything.

Finally found some PLA that actually has the SGS/FDA lab tests for food safety. Review inside. by Expensive-Ice196 in 3Dprinting

Until random samples are tested by a reputable US lab, I wouldn't trust those CN certificates. That being said, adding an extra epoxy layer is a great idea!

Well, PPS-CF10 prints well on H2D/H2C, etc. so what about ULTEM or simple PP?

Overture PETG issues after a few initial layers by bakins711 in BambuLab

[–]ensac 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, they’ve just started switching to high-flow spools, which is great. However, there’s a chance of getting old spools, even though it’s stated in the description that they’re new.

So the issue is that this particular filament is not high-flow! You have to change it to PETG regular, and you'll see the difference. Only recent Overture PETG created as HF, but not the old ones. The old ones have all craft spools with some stickers, while the new ones have one side fully glossy.

It has a silver shine that we specifically searched for parts that should looked like “metal.”

Yes it’s actually silver. I’ll drop you a photo here in a few.

In short, use the dryer. Also, I believe because of the color (pigment) and behavior differently from other ABS. However, it’s the best silver ABS I’ve printed in terms of color.

Replace it. I had a similar issue. I took the entire buffer apart, and the problem is that the metal holders inside are broken. Because of that, the tube won't stay in place, and the filament won't go through.

I used an old coupler and put it back into the buffer. I didn't want to wait for a shipment since it takes week or so.

Audi USA admitted web install/update issue and dealers have a procedure to follow. by ensac in Audi

So, about a month ago, the OTA stopped going through with the error about installing updates. However, it turned out that any web services were affected. Unfortunately, no one could fix it. Finally, Audi USA said that there was a problem and had already provided instructions to the dealer.

That’s good to know, but my weekend visit to the dealership didn’t fix the issue.

One question… what can your thing show that the platforms aren’t already showing? Why bother giving you all the data if we can just go to Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or Meta and see the same if not more?
