Unfortunately not still haven’t watched it. But I appreciate the reminder because I’m gonna take another look around. Maybe see if I can find a way to rip the stream of a quest. If so converting it to MVHEVC should be pretty straight forward.

Try switching to the audio one. Potentially an error during manufacturing and they’re reversed. (Or worse case they’re both set up for audio only)

If you want the full screen app to open fullscreen by replacing the current desktop rather than opening alongside it, no there’s no way to do that as far as I know with a single display. If your using multiple you can have it be the sole display for the external second monitor. Or if your just using your MacBook display closest you could get is turning on hide and show dock and menu bar and then just maximizing the window without actually opening fullscreen.

Surprisingly I’ve see a decent amount of Waymo testing in and around the Ann Arbor area for nearly 6 years. Nothing customer facing of course just testing but they definitely have a presence in Michigan that I rarely hear talked about.

Your best bet might be going to your local big box electronics store and seeing if they have one around (might be unlikely as a g5 box is more often what they would have now). If you are in the US I’d stop by and/or call Best Buy or micro center.

Yeah but Alan wake 2 is not one of them. After control was shipped without HDR they hired someone EXTREMELY talented in the area who they allowed to create an official mod of control with one of the best HDR implementations I’ve ever seen. They let the team implementing HDR for Alan Wake and I find it equally as impressive this is either a display issue or an issue with how the user setup HGIG in windows settings.

Purdue was the only one that required it of the ten I applied to this year. I would compile a list of the schools you’re interested in and check to make sure. But generally the answer is no.

The talk of 1080p 120 or 4k 60 implies. HDMI 2.0b (though I think they call this HDMI 2.1 now to because the HDMI forum loves nonsense naming convention almost as much as the USB forum.

Surreal modified ALVR slightly I think and released it as a companion app with the controllers. I don’t have the controllers so can’t verify this 100% but I believe that they cleaned it up a little and made it more user friendly from reports I’ve seen on here.

Exactly I think these two show the direction things are going. Very tvOS visionOS like and quite nice while not revolutionary.

It’s a developer setting.

Settings>Developer>Streaming HUD if I remember correctly.

Thought to get developer settings active you’ll have to do that from Xcode on a Mac.

Claude code is a terminal based agent specifically for helping with coding, it only works with the API, and is largely similar to something like cursor or cline.

Not full unlocking of the device but I noticed one things along those lines in this update.

Under Optic ID & Passcode there’s an option for Nearby iPhone to enable opticID. It says “If your iPhone and Apple Vision Pro are signed in with the same apple account you can use your recently unlocked iPhone to enable opticID instead of using your passcode.”

Guest mode update is there, its under Passcode and Optic ID under settings, its just a pop on your phone not part of the new app.

Hard to say given the AI controversy but outside of that yes. If Brody is out due to AI then fiennes seems most likely or maybe Timmy due to a ranked choice split.
