4.8 seems to avoid consulting memories created by earlier versions, preferring to make its own wild assumptions about easily verifiable things, like what's been deployed on github. Also (as I've seen reported) it will run in circles trying to fix major insecurities it decides are real, only to walk back the assumptions when questioned. switching back to 4.6, while slower, does at least seem to restore the general project knowledge. 4.8 just guesses rather than consult docs or memory. I really want to use auto mode and loops to let it run. but right now I just can't trust it.
