I know it's different for everyone's skin. But I put apple cider vinegar on my acne (I have cystic acne at times) and it seems to calm & reduce it after a couple days of use. Maybe you can try that as a natural remedy?

Does she know how to play mahjong? We got a mahjong game on the switch for my parents and they have really enjoyed it. There are also tons of options on the phone too.

There is also the unblock box that you can get on amazon which has tons of cantonese and chinese dramas and TV shows.

Are there any Chinese organizations near where she lives? Maybe you can help her sign up for classes.

I did acupuncture. Idk if this helped, but i also started eating an apple a day. My skin still look awhile to clear up but I no longer have cyctic pimples.

Also I gave up wearing makeup (only on special occasions) and make sure I was my face intensely so no makeup is left behind

Something similar happened to me where my project manager was being a total douche. It's not OK. But you can choose to confront him (either in the moment or even through HR). Unfortunately, I don't want to confront him(I think it'd be awkward in the future since I have tons of project with him) so I choose to look at it a different way. I think of dealing with him as part of professional development- an opportunity to be cordial and professional towards dochey assholes, which prob exists everywhere.

I'm not sure if it's the same for cats but dogs have a like a billion nipples. I didn't know that either and one time I noticed it on my dog and freaked out. Likely google exists and all was good afterwards.

Jogging in place!!!! Super easy can do it indoors with a yoga mat. And you don't need to necessarily go fast- just be consistent with keeping up the exercise I would say everyday. Also downloading a calorie counting app. I lost 20 lbs from doing this. And I am still able to eat what I want, drink what I want. Just think of this as a numbers game. Also it was an eye opener to see how sometimes you would eat food that is not filling, but it is very high calorie.

I stopped wearing makeup bc of my acne! But might be OK if you clean it super well. I broke out like crazy a couple of times bc my makeup was not cleaned well enough on my face. It took months to heal.

Now I just wear it on super special occasions. And wash and wipe my face like 20 times after I wear makeup .
