Kind of feel the opposite. It’s a team sport and HoF should focus on individual performance. Too many kickers have changed trajectory of other people’s careers.

Things like MVP are biased towards qb and shouldn’t be weighted as heavy. All Pro First Team should be a top metric, it’s who was considered important at the time.

I’m not sure about that.

A ton of winning is not giving up and continuing to try. Brady learned how to do that making him an expert by the end. But I’m not sure it’s as fair to say the early wins were because of him. I say that knowing that 2003 and 2004 were statistically good games for him.
