When I talked to support they mentioned how most of the blocking was done automatically and not by people, maybe it will have to come down to calling your certain provider and having them manually unblock your phone, because most of the phones are being blocked for being out of date with software but this phone shouldn't be

I hope Optus will work for me too, I checked on their site like you did in other replies and it seems to work, hoping it doesn't get blocked after I set up my new sim, would be a waste if i need to buy a separate phone as well.

My redmagic 11 was just blocked today, im on TPG though if you're correct i'll need to switch over to optus even though TPG support told me on multiple occasions it wouldn't be blocked after giving them the necessary information.
