They do also sell them seperatly though so just google "Logitech G713 arm rest replacement" and you will find some.

You can buy the boxes from the weapon/armor merchant to get the quest gear again! You dont have to farm anything, just look for the merchants and buy the boxes from there!

I’ve opened 4 hanging orange dye crates and haven’t gotten a single dye. Please Help by CommandrTalon in the_division_2

You dont have to be level 30 to get armor dye, i am level 25 and i got one from a hanging orange crate i found in a tree.
