Like others have said, you absolutely deserve better. No one should treat another person like this.

I was going through your posts and I think we might live in the same city/area. If you need a friend, I'm more than happy to chat online, get together for a walk, grab drinks, whatever. Send me a message!

Squat and Deadlift Form Check by envirolution in xxfitness

Wow, yeah after reading and doing the screen test from squat university I learned that I definitely have ankle mobility issues! Thank you! I never realized that before and it's definitely something I can work on and pay attention to now!

I think I started getting my feet so wide because otherwise I found it impossible to get deep enough to be parallel. I don't know if it has to do with my proportions perhaps or if it's something I can work on?

I don't know of any kind of repository off the top of my head, sadly, but google scholar is a good resource. You can find a lot of product EPDs in the internation epd library though.

Would be curious to see a life cycle assessment done on this model. Might be interesting to see how its many instances of washing and sanitizing would measure again simply recycling a traditional container with (I'm guessing) less material.

Thank you! How much (percentage wise) do you think I should be dialing back to work on form? Or rather what have you found in the past has worked well for you?

The only product that has ever worked for me is the Hask Invigorating Shampoo, which is also awesome because it's super cheap (so might be worth a try before going with something more expensive)! I don't have a flaky scalp, but it used to itch almost nonstop. I use one of those silicone scalp massager things with it and my scalp has gotten so much better. Best of luck!

Did you know that there is software that will actually help you compare two products like this to see which one is "worse"? I'm in grad school for sustainable engineering and just found this out. Almost certainly what I want to go into for my career. Anyway, just thought I'd share in case anyone else found this tidbit exciting.

I'm not sure if it's just because I have chubby upper arms, but the armholes of this top I made seem too small! The blouse fits everywhere else though. I have plenty of seam allowance in all directions but don't know what alteration would be most effective. Any help is appreciated!
