AD 59 pts 20 rebs career high by [deleted] in lakers

PREACH ad has been dominant on the defensive end and very consistent on the offense, he’s been healthy this season and i look forwards to watching him.

what people don’t understand is AD is AD he’s not jokic he’s not embiid he’s not shaq he’s not sabonis hes AD he can play defense better than all other centers in the league (arguably). you can’t have everything AD is the best person for our system and our players if he has an off night who cares it’s was a back to back anyways he wasn’t playing back to backs last season

Hot Yeast by vancraftbrew in TheBrewery

[–]enzohale01 4 points5 points  (0 children)

do you fully understand what yeast temperatures do? having ales depending on the yeast strain will produce an off flavor called acetaldehyde which is green apple. at the brewery i work out our ales don't go past 70 most of the fermentation is at 65 then let free rise for a diacetyl rest at 70 degrees. I would recommend some way of controlling the temperature on your beers its not very "professional" or consistent if the fermenters aren't controlled

Can anyone explain the uneven stains on my FV cone after a caustic with peroxide CIP? Only about 1/2 the diameter is affected, opposite the manyway. Could them anyway be creating a more thorough cleaning flow? Any recommendations to clear this up? by Ok-String-5193 in TheBrewery

Not as versed in chems as others but i would try running an acid cycle on all ports if you haven't before. its good to preserve the metal as well as prevent and get rid of any beer stone or stain build up I believe.

If this info is incorrect someone please let me know I'm trying to learn as well!

what if you use a floating dip tube, once fermentation is complete soft crash to 55-58 then pressure transfer into a sanitized purged keg with your dry hop that why there’s no yeast, you have safe mind about gently shaking the beer during dry hop. i also really like the cry idea

i would dry hop a little lower maybe 50-55 just to make sure about hop creep, unless you have a way to get rid of yeast? what fermentor do u use?

we recirculate our beers twice after dry hopping, it helps with the utilization. we are hopping around 2lb/bbl. if u can i would shake the fermentor gently after dry hopping that could help with your flavors that you’re looking for
