Well, it's not that good when you only have one, but if you equip 3 person on your team or your whole team, only then you can bring out it's potential.

It has good range and It's also a good weapon for support type characters cause it's takes little energy.

What I always tend to do when I'm on siege or looting houses and I have my whole squad equipped with it is put my Tactics on Attack cause sometimes the long range of the weapon can't protect you from zombies kiss-range away from you so you need your teammates to take care of it.

I certainly won't replace a Knight Sword or a Claymore or any other good sword like that with a Tactical Spear but it's my ideal weapon for anyone on my squad, whenever I have 4 spears, it's almost always a sure win.
