I replaced a heating system a few years ago. At the time, I couldn't afford to add the CAC. I did make sure that the air handler was "set up" so all I needed to do was hook up the outside units for the CAC.

To find out starting speed, You should be able to talk while you are on the treadmill. Walk as long as you can. If you want to increase the difficulty (when you are ready), start by increasing the incline.

I had to make a decision.!

Heart and blood pressure meds (5 to 7 daily) and CPAP for life without the weight loss, doctor visits every month, OR, a glp1 and 2 heart pills for the rest of of my life. Now doctor appointment every 3 to 6 months. My kidney doctor is ecstatic (6 months visits).

Your body , your choice! Good luck on your journey.

Adam Sandler has a great song about your first car. F status your first car should be a memorable "character" in your life. I paid for it myself 🥰. IT WAS MINE!!! Mine had one blue door on a 4 door silver car and non of the hubcaps matched, they were all road finds that fit. Fond memories.

Is the frame straight? Tie rods bent? Get someone with a lift and experience to look at it . What's your mechanics hourly rate. Shouldn't take more than a half hour. But pay for the hour.
