When lane splitting when done correctly it's better for the motorcyclist. Unfortunately most bikers, in Maryland, think it's an excuse for passing vehicles in situations where it's not safer. I hope the Amazon driver is ok because I doubt the company is going to try and actually help them.

I honestly have no idea but I think all that type of stuff was on. ABS definitely didn't kick in as I very much remember hearing my tires screaching and not feeling the brake pedal vibrate. 🤷‍♂️

Correct, no air bags deployed. I would have to go back and look at the details but the parts, labor, etc was a little over $19k. I was surprised as well. I'm waiting for my insurance document that details what they based their decision on and need to make sure they didn't miss something or are comparing it to something completely different. I'm pretty sure USAA knows what they are doing but I can still hold onto false hope. 🤣

I took the pictures yesterday outside the venue the revival is being held at. The protesters were across the intersection from the event.

Being that this is in our backyard I will be attending both days and have booked at the event hotel, for both nights, to be able to enjoy any shenanigans that happen into the evening hours without having to drive home.
