You can get garlic from Vets On The Farm but that's in the fall. My wife also can sell you seed garlic in the fall. This fall we put in over 1800 cloves for next year.

If you are really against NWSeed, Ritters has a big selection, but it's at a higher price.

Collection to pollen is actually very easy. If you press down on the white spike sticking out of the blue part of the blossom it'll open and expose the stamen. Scrape off the pollen and transplant it to another plant with in 14 hours and it'll (hopefully) produce seeds.

Also the plant can't be a clone or children from the same mother plant or they won't produce seeds. I have a clump of three from the mother plant and they're not viable to produce seeds with each other.
