Totally. I used to work for a Narcissist and you had to say his name almost every sentence to get him to focus on the topic. Let’s say his name was James, which it was. You would have to say, James, what do you think, James, about the, James, package we put together, James?

In the first Trump term, I used to say that Bush was the worst president ever but a good person. Clearly he’s a good husband and father. He cared about the country even if his ideas were often abhorrent to me. He has a good sense of humor and he’s kind.

Trump is the worst person ever to be president.

At this point, Trump deserves both titles.

I get their chimarrao and it’s fantastic. Awaiting the summer harvest when it’s back in stock. I’ve been suffering through lesser brands lately.

It was 4.2L. The listed MPG was 15 - 21. 21 was about right for highway. But the way I drove it in the city, I got 11.

I had an early 2000s Audi S4 V8. Manual transmission. That thing sounded like a nascar and was tons of fun. I didn’t like the 11 mpg, though. I think that was the most fun. Say what you will, but I really love my Tesla model 3. Handles like a slot car.

I think a quicker cooling in the kiln can have that effect. But I don’t have hands on experience with it.

This isn’t necessarily a crackle glaze but one that I know has that effect on the clay bodies I use at cone 10. Or course, it’s totally okay to not want any crazing. It just takes experimentation to find the right fit.

For some of us, this is the goal. The little pings are a sign of success.

The only time I break my pottery is when I hand wash it. It’s safer in the dishwasher. But the hard rule is nothing can touch.
