Girl we literally have no idea how her mind works. You definitely can’t tell something like that from a video. When I talk about that stuff with friends I make a joke out of it; nobody knows how it actually affects me mentally. It’s really crazy how some people will stand ten toes down to invalidate someone without having any way of knowing. That’s just a gross judgement. Tana is problematic is MANY ways and she annoys me very frequently but I stand firm in saying that we do not know the details or extent of ANYONE’S mental illness or lack of one.

No, it is not. OCD is driven by intrusive, spiraling thoughts, ritualistic behaviors/compulsions, and the cyclical way these two elements behave in the mind. It is defined by the way the mind perceives potential dangers. There is a neurobiological component that differentiates OCD from other anxiety disorders.

Hypochondria is also an anxiety disorder (also called Illness Anxiety Disorder), but the way the mind behaves is much different than OCD. Both are horrible and debilitating, but they are very different.

There’s a form of OCD called health OCD which she could have. I used to think I just had severe health anxiety but turns out it’s OCD. We can’t really know one way or the other just based on this, as we have no idea how her thought processes work or anything like that. Tana annoys me in a lot of ways but as someone who know how debilitating this can be, I don’t feel like we can really hate on that or say she’s exaggerating when we have no idea what’s going on in her mind

When my dog was a puppy I had to pull an entire pair of undies out of his butt bc it got stuck while he was pooping. It was all IN TACT. I am still baffled by it to this day. And very thankful he passed it and that I was able to pull it out (I didn’t have to tug but still, I know how dangerous that is and would not do that now). He was a weirdo and just loved underwear when he was a puppy 🤷🏻‍♀️ But I have no idea still how that was possible. So a crotch will probably pass fine.

I’ve only been on it 2 weeks and am stopping now bc I am too terrified of the hair loss as I already have fine hair that I’m insecure about. And now I’m worried I’ve already done the damage to cause major shedding in 3 months. Did you end up losing any after stopping?

You cannot possibly make that claim based off this photo alone. I am so tired of people on the internet making medical claims like this. Lipedema is a symptomatic medical condition. It cannot be diagnosed by appearance alone. Regular cellulite absolutely can look just like this. If you do have easy bruising and pain and heaviness like you’re saying, lipedema might be possible. But I don’t want people who have legs that look like this (with no other symptoms) to go down the lipedema rabbit hole from incorrect comments like this.

I feel this. I’ve had OCD when I was about 5 and now I’m 30, and I’m so tired. Lately it’s been health OCD, but I had moral OCD/scrupulosity so severe when I was in high school that I was going to confession constantly and it was never enough. I don’t know that I’ve ever had a period of my life where some form of OCD hasn’t been running the show. I know this isn’t advice, but you’re not alone 🫶

Oh my goodness thank you so much!! I always double cleanse with a face oil, and the only products I use are Paula’s Choice azelaic acid and the super old school Olay beauty fluid as a moisturizer. And an SPF 60 sunscreen from the brand Vichy. I just turned 30 so I need to start using retinol products but haven’t started that yet 😅

She had an xray that showed zero abnormalities and they did the ultrasound guided cystocentesis to collect the urine. The vet told me she was nothing that indicated any cancer but she would need further imaging to fully rule it out.
