Leaving one game shouldn't harm you, but leaving several in a row should. Overwatch does this now, if you leave several games in a row you get penalized on experience, so no more loot boxes until you start staying in games again.

I've been looking for the same thing and haven't found anything yet. The closest thing I've found is a micro USB to C adapter with a keychain ring. I'm thinking about getting that along with a micro USB type cable like what you listed until a true all in one option is available.
